“I got these and the first time i used them i could hear background noise. now i no longer can. talked to turtle and they stated these are only for chat that i shouldn't ever be able to hear any background noise. can someone tell me if they can hear.”

When I first set it up, I heard some back ground noise also. Reset the controller, never happened again, working great
