I recently bought the Turtle Beach - Stealth 700 Gen 2 and when I plug the USB into my PlayStation 5 experience wifi issues and when i disconnect it, my wifi seems to go back to normal, i the USB is set to ps and i don't know what else to do null

This is very odd. Does it make any difference if you use a different USB port on your PS5 console (ex. the USB port on the front instead of the one on the back)? Please give that a try.
