It may be your type of system connectors. That is what I had to go to a HDMI connection for the TV now so there are cables to do that.

The representative asked a series of questions and then instructed us to unplug the tv, wait a few seconds and plug it back in. Also unplug the exterior speaker, and plug it back in. The problem was solved, we were told that sometimes devices need to be reset. That worked for us.
