Was told $199 Geek Squad installation and connect would take down my old TV and disconnect current set up and put up my new (65 inch Sony)TV and reconnect to my original set up which included a Sony sound bar ( which was connected to a 50 inch HDTV). Install ion right onto my original mount was easy and took only a short time but Geek Squad could not properly connect new TV to sound bar. They left saying it is not connecting now because tv is updating. They said after updating it should connect successfully. It did not. Tried calling Geek Squad to assist on tech support- but agent said all I paid for was installation and if I need additional help to connect I would have to pay another $49.99. I already paid $199 and I wasn’t about to give them more money
