• Can the tv be returned if while hanging it on the wall it was dropped and the screen cracked?

• Hi there. Thank you for your great question and sorry for the slow response! If the TV were to fall during installation or within 90 days from installation, the TV would be covered due to a poor install. I hope this helps out. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
