I know it's for a 55" TV, but can it support a 65" TV? null

Yes you can I have my Samsung 65” attached to it. It only says that it supports less than 55” because the sides stick out and makes it look a bit awkward but other than that it works well.

Yes. I have my 65” oled mounted. Mount is rated up to 150 lbs. I would only be concerned with tippage if you have a really heavy tv with a wide bezel that really extends the length of the tv and you use the swivel.
