QuestionI have a 55" Samsung and I do not want to drill holes to my apt wall since we are renting. Is this sturdy enough so the tv won't tip to the front and fall if I just attach it to the bracket of the base and not to the wall?

- Answer We are also renting and did not want to drill holes in the wall. Upon assembly it seemed extremely sturdy. We had a 55" tv standing on the top shelf with no issue for about two weeks when we decided to put together the mounting piece. We now have our 55" mounted on it, again with no issue. Hasn't so much as wiggled in the couple months we've had it up

QuestionIf a TV is mounted on the tv mount,can it swivel or rotate? Is it full motion (swivel, tilt and pan)? If so,what are the angles? What's the average height to the top of a 50 inch tv with a TV attached to the mount? Thank u and sorry for so many questions.

- Answer Swivels left to right, tilts forward/backward. Depending where you place the TV on the Mount (measured with a 55" TV) 63 inches high. From second shelf to first shelf 7 1/4" between; from second shelf to third shelf 8" between. Length: 1st shelf 40", 2nd shelf 44", third shelf 48". Width 15", 16" third shelf 18 1/2".

QuestionI don't see an answer on here that specifies the height. What would be the distance from the floor to the bottom of the TV mounted at its highest point. I'm trying to determine at what height my TV would sit.

- Answer Question 1. Weighs about 35lbs without the swivel mount a little more with it. Question 2. This stand is actually both. It has a bracket that attaches to the stand for a free standing swivel or you can use the INCLUDED wall mount bracket and hardware to mount it above the shelving. Hope this helps. 65" on the free standing swivel

QuestionI know it's for a 55" TV, but can it support a 65" TV?

- Answer Yes you can I have my Samsung 65” attached to it. It only says that it supports less than 55” because the sides stick out and makes it look a bit awkward but other than that it works well.

- Answer This could be any number. There are a set of holes in the stand that allow you to position the mount at different heights, and the mount itself has lots of holes that would allow you to potentially position it at varying heights on your tv. I wanted my tv lower, so I drilled additional holes in the stand.

- Answer From floor shelf to second shelf 8 inches; from second shelf to first 7 1/4". Top shelf to TV is defined on where you place the TV on the mount.

QuestionWhat is the exact distance between the surface of the bottom shelf to the underside of the top shelf without using the middle shelf? I'm attempting to put a computer tower under top shelf and is exactly 17.8" tall but would need an additional 1" to clear.

- Answer From the bottom of the top shelf to the top of the bottom shelf it is approximately 17" no you will not be able to fit anything above 17" in that space

QuestionIs it easy to assemble?

- Answer Yes it was fairly easy. Instructions seemed pretty well complete. The only thing we got confused about was the piece that swivels. It did not move when pushed slightly so we were looking for a hex wrench to fit it. There wasn't one included to fit that particular hex screw. All other hex wrenches that were needed were included. As it turns out, you don't loosen that one. It is meant to be a little hard to swivel. Once I swiveled it once with a little force, it moved as expected. Took my daughter and I about 30 min. to assemble. Once completed, remember to level the unit using the screw feet. Unit is a bit heavy but very stable. We were very pleased.

QuestionWanted to confirm the weight of the stand - what is the weight of the original box with all shelves & post? One response said 35 lbs. to a similar question, this seems quite low. We have to carry the box up a flight of stairs for assembly. Thanks.

QuestionWill a 65" TV fit on this stand? Our Best Buy sales rep recommended and sold this to us for delivery tomorrow, but now we see that it's supposed to be for TVs up to 55 inches.

- Answer I have a 60" but I made sure it was still under the weight restriction. I think however a 65" maybe be to larger screen wise

QuestionAre the tv mounts interchangeable? I have a 32” tv and the max size to put on the mount is 50” is there any way I can change it to where I can put a bigger tv on the mount?

- Answer It will hold bigger TV. I have a curved samsung 65inch TV on mine and it’s fine. I wouldn’t go much bigger than that though.

QuestionCan the swivel be tightened? Mine is a bit lose and tv keeps leaning to the plug side.

- Answer Turn the tension knob clockwise to secure the brackets in position. Use the the 4.76 mm hex wrench to tighten the tension knobs, if necessary.
