“My speaker is not working I charge it and it blinks a couple of times then stops. When it does turn on it works for 5 second then makes a loud noise and shuts off. HELP”

Hello Jose! Sorry to hear you're having issues with your HYPERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Waterproof Speaker with Big Bass. I would suggest trying to do a Factory Reset of your speaker. To do so, press and hold the Power Button and Play / Pause Button together for 5 seconds, listen for the FACTORY RESET sonification (da-da…da-da – bongo), the speaker will turn off, wait 5 seconds, then Press Power Button to turn on again.
