• I don’t think you can replace the batteries. It comes with a power cable, so I guess if the batteries stop holding a charge you can still use it with the power cable.

• Not replaceable. Being that the battery lasts for 24 hours in the first place, I don’t see this issue happening for a very long time. Beside that point, you can plug it in indefinitely and use it
