If you hold down the # button, it causes the phone to mute and restricts the button functions. There seem to be at least three positions. The bad thing is that being where it is makes it difficult not to engage it by mistake. I am looking for a way to disable this funtion as my 92 year old MIL is always pushing it and can't hear calls coming in.
