Please try again later.Hello Ryan I had the same question and when I called customer service they stated the system cancelled several pre orders causing the $10 gift certificate to void. Luckily I preordered the game off my Best Buy card so they were able pull up and see the transaction. Once they figured out the system cancelled the preorder they issued me my $10 credit. So I would recommend calling customer service about it.
