Why wont hold a charge it only stays on when its connected to a power source. I tried pushing rest and when I go to turn it on it flashes blue once and then nothing. I've had if for about 10 months and it doesn't hold up well in the heat it expanded. null

I was told the battery is very small and to keep the camera power source on all the time. Call 1-800-297-1023, follow the prompts and you will talk to a Customer Rep.
