“Hi Comcast came out and put a net box in my living room for my tv. Now my remote will not work. I have a Sony 85'' 4k HDR Ultra HD Tv and a color universal remote (MX990). What do I do? also my tv sometimes blinks and the color is funny. Patti Antill”

• I'm not sure if either the Comcast box, the MX990 Universal Remote or the Sony TV are the culprit, but possibly the HDMI cable connecting the Box to the TV.
