• The data is synced from the device to the app via Bluetooth. You have to be able to download the app to view your stats. I have problems with the Bluetooth connection between my phone and the app so the app is pretty much useless but the device itself is 5 stars.

• Hi, that's a great question! The UPRIGHT GO and the UPRIGHT GO2 can be connected to an app to make it more convenient to use. The stats can be shown only in the app but the results of your training you'll feel in your posture. In addition, both the UPRIGHT GO and the UPRIGHT GO2 can work without being connected to the app at all.
