Q: QuestionMy husband's posture over the years has gotten worse---now his head &'neck are slouched forward. He is 80 years old.is it too late to retrain?

• A:Answer I'm 66 and am seeing good results. I plan on giving it a year before I pass judgement on the effectiveness. The app maps out a training plan based on your age. It would have to be something that he really wanted to work on or it would just be an annoyance. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionHow well does it stay on? If you work an outside labor job where you sweat a decent amount will it stay connected to your back?

• A:Answer The instructions specifically say NOT to wear it if you will be sweating, such as working out in a gym or running or jogging. I would think getting sweaty while working at an outdoor job would fall into this same category and not be recommended.

Q: QuestionDoes the radiation coming from the device create any health risk for the people using it?

• A:Answer Hi, That's a great question. The device has Bluetooth radiation. We use 1mW for our Bluetooth, which is much lower than a cellphone, and considered safe. Q: QuestionAn ad for this product on Instagram prompted me to search more here. The ad showed an alternate option to the adhesive, almost like a necklace type design that holds the tracker in place. Does this come with the device? Or is it available for purchase?

Q: QuestionThe adhesive is ok to wear in the shower? How much are the additional adhesive pads?

• A:Answer The adhesive sticks to the device, not to your skin, so I'd say you wouldn't be able to wear it in the shower. The replacement adhesive pads can be purchased directly from Upright, and they have some different package sizes, so the price depends on how many you purchase at once.

Q: QuestionI lean forward about 30 degrees due to arthritis in my hip, but it’s become a bad habit that I think I can reverse. Does this device know the angle of my upper body leaning forward or is it really more about keeping track of your shoulder area?

Q: QuestionI also have a fairly bad case of Scoliosis, which is curvature of the spine. I’m concerned not only about slouching forward, but also about sitting or standing leaning to the side. Can this device sense your back/body leaning to one side?
