I'm 66 and am seeing good results. I plan on giving it a year before I pass judgement on the effectiveness. The app maps out a training plan based on your age. It would have to be something that he really wanted to work on or it would just be an annoyance. Hope this helps.

The UPRIGHT GO and the UPRIGHT GO2 work by learning your upright position and training your back and core muscles to sit and stand upright. It does this by lightly vibrating when you are slouched. We have many customers in their 70s and 80s who reported they've made progress and improved their posture. Just to be on the safe side I'll advise you to consult with your personal PT/ doctor as well. Thanks, Upright team.
