“Computer states “Wooden music center” is connected through Bluetooth, but sound won’t stay on. Comes on for a second then stops, and computer speakers pick back up. Still says connected though”

I think more information is needed. What are you trying to do? Have you tried connecting your phone to it and stream music? Basically have you tried another devise? Are you trying to stream through a laptop? If so what you are streaming may be the wrong format. Check that first and make sure its compatible. Possibly try calling Victoria Support and have all. Your information with what you are trying to do.
