There are no known Windows 10 compatibility issues, past or present. We find that most customers that claim Windows 10 incompatibility when they contact us are actually due to a Windows 10 setting that controls Camera and Microphone Privacy settings that affect whether programs can record video/audio. This is a setting that affects all recording products and is changed in Windows 10 directly. You can find the Privacy Settings article in the Help Center of the VIDBOX website for more information.
