“I am recording from a camcorder. I hear audio but can see no video on the preview screen. I am connected exactly like the VIDBOX diagram shows. Help!”

I had the same problem. so instead of hitting the play button on the camcorder first then the vidbox. I hit record on the vidbox first then the play button on the camcorder. Now its possible I have this reversed but it is this process that is the problem not how you have it connected.

Please double-check your video connections first, then also check that the cable connection choice in the software is set correctly to the video connection type you are using (Composite or S-Video).
