“The product key is not valid although I have used Vidbox about a year ago on the same Mac. How do I correct? I’m positive I’m using the correct product key.”

• The same key should continue to work for you with the same software title, even if it were on a different system. Please try deleting the VIDBOX app from your Mac and reinstalling it one more time from the website. If it continues to give you difficulty, contact the VIDBOX Customer Care team directly to look into the issue further.
