I have the same issue, I installed the Ring 2 doorbell yesterday (not hard wired) no existing doorbell to replace. The Wifi will NOT connect. I tried hard booting three times and was up until 1:30 am installing and rebooting etc. tried again this morning and STILL won't connect to the wiFi. Computer's and phone connects. I don't have Cable only internet service. this answer to the question does not give the response if Geek Squad will connect the ring doorbell to the App. Please can you let me know if the wifi connectivity problem will be addressed. I fully charged the battery and installed the device, it's just not connecting. Spins white light and never connects.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like the doorbell insn't on your WiFi network. Check the connection procedure in the installation manual, which is available on line. I hope this helps.
