Verifying the phone supports video out over USB-C would be the main thing to consider. Past that, I doubt the cellphone can power the screen directly with included USB-C cable. It may be necessary to use a phone charger to one the second USB-C connector on the screen for power, which limits the portability when in use. You could consider a battery bank for power if portability is the main focus.
