A:AnswerThis remote is for Viper remotestart system, it will not work directly with the car unless you have that system installed. If needed for just like the factory fob, you need to look elsewhere. Mfg fob are expensive but you can find ones online for $10-$20
A:AnswerBatteries are not required. The unit is charged just like your cell phone. Just plug it in using your USB port or your cell phone charger. There is a way to check the charge level on the unit using the button on the side, it is described in the owners manual. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerWhen I purchased it for $99.95 installation was included. The fob has an AUX button which they programmed for the trunk release. This is a great item that confirms the car is running and has a really long range. Installation is very complicated and Best Buy did a first-rate professional job. Couldn't be happier.
