Owned this for almost 2 years so heres my review. Very durable remote. Buttons feel good but wish they were a bit more raised. Long lasting charge. Will go for a couple of months of daily use before needing to charge. Again I love that this is slim and this design has been out for while now and does not look like an outdated remote. it was great for a year until it died and lost the ability to hold a charge. currently going in for a new one and replacement installment as well

I have had numerous issues with this entire process. I purchased this security system less than two years ago for $569, and it has been malfunctioning almost from the beginning. I contacted customer service to see if I could bring it in to have the key fob inspected, only to be told I would have to pay an additional $119 just for them to look at the issue. After spending that much money on a product that has not performed reliably, I feel extremely disappointed with the lack of support and the additional charges being requested. I chose Best Buy expecting quality products and customer service, but this experience has left me feeling like I made the wrong choice. I hope this issue can be reviewed and resolved fairly.
