It needed a ball bearing tilt switch? But I had Best Buy install mine so it was included in the price I paid. They did great job & on time. I am very happy with mine. Something positive & unexpected was I can now lock/unlock my vehicle with remote which I couldn't before. Vehicle didn't come with remote originally. Only draw back for me I can't use alarm if I leave motor & air running for my pet. Have to manually lock. Most people probably don't have that issue.
