“My almost 3 year old Dell desktop seems to be "dead". It froze this morning when I turned it in so I went to restart it and it wouldn't. Multiple tries at unplugging and nothing. I push the on button at the bottom right of the monitor and nothing. Help!”

first...find which key is for windows safe mode. usually it is f5. sometimes delete. keep tapping the key when you turn it on. if it works you will be given a choice to start in safe mode.....do it, then restart from safe mode. this can replace corrupted startup files.
