Imagine an IT neighbor is asking for $75 each for repair, OS upgrade and reformat for one laptop and I got 2 laptops. So when I knew about the benefits of this my best buy membership I immediately requested to have my laptops back and got the membership instead and up to date i dont have to worry about technical problems on all my gadgets and even some appliances I bought from best buy because everything is under warranty or covered

The geek squad people were so helpful and worked so efficiently to repair my laptop. A little on the expensive side but the end result was a working laptop for significantly less than buying a new one.

The agent installed my Sonos surround sound system.

Although the technician that took my computer was very nice, I am not sure what was done to repair my computer. I spent the fee, but my computer remains just as slow and unresponsive. The picture below shows my computer starting and it took over a half an hour to get beyond that screen.

My computer hp envy was dropped off with, it in perfect condition was less then 2 months old just was stuck on tablet mode and just wanted it wiped clean all the way back to factory setting. When it was supposed to be ready was 4 days later. I didn’t check Every folder/file when geek squad showed me it was “all set” paid over 150.00. I had to go an get a few thing an left my computer with/at Geek squad while I finished shopping. After checking out at customer/geek squad that’s when I noticed dirt on bottom of computer an in area near disc it was also Scratched. The person at customer o forget the mans name-customers desk on Saturday around 1pm at the Nashua nh Daniel Webster highway location seen me an talked to me about the issue but still nothing has been done

I have taken my laptop twice to solve a blue screen problem. I still have the problem and my computer is almost brand new (I got it also at best buy). At least I would've expected them to tell me sincerely if it was a better idea to get a new laptop instead of keeping me losing my time.

Very positive experience overall. Had a cpu go bad in my pc and didn't have the time to replace it myself. The agents were very helpful and communicated everything to me before any decisions were made. Replaced a cpu and a motherboard as well as updated the os and effectively troubleshooted the problem in about 72 hours. Very helpful service I am very satisfied overall.

Highly recommend. Especially in a high stress malware situation

Geek Squad are my favorite people in the world of tech. I am a very techy guy and I work with tech daily but these guys are not paid enough for the amount of knowledge they continue to hold and tech increases its complexity each and everyday. They have helped me with my PC, phones and even made a recommendation on a pair of headphones based on the info I gave them. They aren't even in sales but because I trust them so much I couldn't help but follow their advice!

They did a good job, but I will have to go back because my laptop worked great the first time I used it, but when I opened it the second time, it made repetitive "ding-dong sounds, and when I tried to shut it down, I couldn't. I had to do a "hard" shut down. Then, when I attempted to turn it back on, it took 3 tries to do so. Now it's acting like it did before I brought it in. I'll have to go back to the store.

Staff was great to work with. Blue screen, no boot up possible. They thought without looking that it may be a virus or windows reinstall. Called back the next day and indicated that a detailed check that it was SSD hard drive or motherboard and sent it into HP as it was still under HP factory warranty. Two week turn around and updates on status during this time to keep me informed. Returned and the pick up process was easy.

The agent listened as I outlined the problem--a virus--and since I did not have an appointment, told me the actions would require a few days--actually I got a message the next day (as I recall) with the good news and my PC has been safely performing ever since. Thanks again, Geek Squad!

My old computer info was transferred to the new purchase very well. And the "bull session" was very helpful. THANK YOU!! (I just wish we had not run out of time to complete adding all the devices and giving me instruction to add my home printer.)

Huge shoutout to Geek Squad! My computer was acting weird and none of my antivirus programs were picking up anything. Turns out I had some sneaky malware that had completely flown under the radar.
