I trust Best Buy store since 10 years ago, I had a very bad experience in another place, since then every time that I buy something at Best Buy I feel safe and confident. This is my first experience with the Geek Squad and I just was so happy to see the customer service and support, I did not have even an appointment ant they help me and solve my concern in few minutes giving me options. This as customer means a lot, the lady that take care of my issue , thanks a lot for your high customer service perception.

Appointment was made and was seen on time with getting the help I needed.

I was pleased that my data was not lost when they were able to recover it from the defective, (7 year old Hard Drive) so they could restore it to a new Hard Drive!....The real challenge is to buy new and upgrade or recover...I chose recover....should have bought new....my advice for others.

It took less than an hour and My Geek Squad helper had me ready to go out the door. He was kind and knew is stuff. I thank you for all you did, it was because of you and Davis that I can recommend the Washington Store and the Geek Squad as well. Your thorough work was to me very impressive. THE GEEK SQUAD IS AWESOME. Seriously, they helped me with ANY of my electronics whether purchased at Best Buy or not! Do yourself a favor and check them out!! Computers, iphones, laptops and more.

Geek Squad is so easy. It is great when can do repair or service inside store like this one. Some repairs are shipped off-site. Staff can be busy and overwhelmed sometimes. Process for online appointment schedule and phone appointment could be improved. Appointment only.

Well worth the cost, and they build PC’s too. They were also very fast at determine what was wrong with my first PC and building a second PC.

The team kept us in the loop. Tried hard to resolve our problem. They were kind and patient.

Keeps my laptop protected and virus free! I can use my laptop withoiut any thought towards a virus because the virus protection is working to ensure a virus can be detected if I am not aware of a virus on my computer. Thank you Geek Squad for installling the protection plan for someone who uses their laptop a great deal!

The Geek Squad stripped my laptop clean of virus and put everything back together beautifully -- it only took a day or so, and they were kind and professional all the way through. Being hacked was a horrible experience but was quickly made better by the Geek Squad.

I came in for tech support to help set up my computer. They had no idea why I was there. I had scheduled the longest appointment time. They told me I had 30 minutes. The first guy that helped me was completely focussed on his quitting time. I was obviously not important as he handed me off to another tech. The second tech was pleasant, but was not that helpful. I bought the package because they told me they could help set up my computer so that I could better navigate it. It was only slightly helpful.

Very courteous people, fast turn around and seems to be OK. However, after being hacked, I'm actually a little nervous about using the laptop, Shell Shocked? But I'm slowly adding my apps so far very good.

The agent who checked me in made sure all the paperwork was done and that he explained process and timeframe. As promised, the laptop was finished and my appt to pick up scheduled. Really pleased with being on time.

The Geek Squad at Best Buy were terrific. They repaired my laptop in 24 hours and re-installed the programs as requested. I couldn't have done it myself and having them nearby was extremely helpful. Their team was friendly and professional and I really appreciate their help.

Went in because my laptop only lasted an hour since the beginning, it had slowed and started crashing too. Went, left it for the inspection, got it back like a couple days after. Battery is the same, but atleast it runs better now. No more crashed and fps is back to normal.

The technicians at Best Buy were great. They cleaned ip the operating system, recovered most of my files and were able to reinstall my microsoft office suite. very satisfied. Computer is running well again.

Took 2 days longer than they thought it might, but my laptop works perfectly and the software was reinstalled and working properly. Issue was Quickbooks no longer worked and would just hang if I tried to uninstall or reinstall. I have used QB for 15 years without needing professional help to solve any issues. Everything else on the laptop worked fine.

Geek Squad here on the Island have alot of patience. Very Knowledgeable and are always willing to help even when they know they dont know how they try and that counts!!! these days getting great service isnt easy to find geek squad takes care of buisness!!
