A: I am not impressed by geek squad nor will recommend them anymore this my 4th time with geek squad they dont fix anything or even try to find the problem at least their recommendations always it is an old computer buy a new one

I took it to the Geek Squad, they were friendly and professional, and had it wiped and restored in two days. It's back home now, and I've had no problems at all.
