The Geek Squad employees always make me feel like I'm important to them. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

The upfront counter agent is an excellent example of what makes the Geek Squad an impressive and excellent business. She definitely was timely but went the extra mile in explaining the changes.

I recently upgraded my PC with multiple new expensive components. I got all the parts in that I wanted to find the case didn’t quite fit everything that I wanted to incorporate into the build. I decided to get a new case and have the Geek Squad perform the case swap and cable management for me, as I was just tired of working on my PC, so why not? I got the new Corsair 4000D and went to Geek Squad and registered my item to do the hardware swap. After leaving, I felt nervous as I had left my $3000 investment with them. I went to browse forums on the internet and found multiple horror stories of Geek Squad technicians damaging components and the like. I stewed on this for about a day and finally called to talk to the tech doing my case swap. This guy’s name was Gabriel and he was a true professional. We talked a little about the components and the things I wanted accomplished with my build. I immediately felt a wave of relief as he was incredibly knowledgeable about the components I had installed in my build. He even complimented the operation of my CPU and talked about some of the in-depth technical advantages of the parts I chose. After that interaction, I felt secure that I had chosen the right guy to leave my PC to and that the Geek Squad had some very knowledgeable techs behind the scenes. After this interaction on the phone, I eagerly anticipated seeing the final product. Fast forward to this evening, I arrived and met Gabriel at the counter. He showed me all of his handiwork. New thermal paste, extremely organized and aesthetic cable management, and stood with me as I checked all the temps of my operating machine. We then talked about future upgrades and the reasons behind them. He didn’t attempt to sell me anything and just talked to me from one PC guy to another. If you have ANY worry about bringing your high-end PC to the Geek Squad in Dothan, go to the counter and tell them you prefer Gabriel if it’s possible. Great care in his craft. I’ll be bringing any PC technical questions straight to him and rely on him for any future endeavors I may not want to take on myself. 10/10

I took my high end PC into the Geek Squad because it was not booting up properly, they told me it would take 5 to 6 days to get the issues sorted out and get the machine back to me. I can't tell you how happy i was to be called only a day later to be told the problem was fixed and it was ready to be picked up.

I made an appointment to bring my desktop, laptop and cell phone in to be cleaned internally to get rid of malicious program a hacker had installed. When they were all ready, I got notice from Geek Squad and all was ready when I arrived at my appointment time/

I can't say enough good this about the Geek Squad!!!! They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. This is in the store as well as on line. Sooo patient and friendly EVERY time I need them. Wouldn't be without it!!

Geek squad was extremely helpful. They were honest, gave me the best bang for my buck, and helped recommend laptops that would be more reliable than the one I brought in for a repair.

I was amazed at how they located the viruses in my computer and how quickly and efficiently they solved the problem. I would not hesitate to get their assistance if something were to develop in my computer

Thanks Geek Squad! I'm pretty computer illiterate when it comes to building and upgrading gaming rigs. I brought my PC in to Geek Squad and they ran some diagnostics and game me a full list of items and prices, as well as options for budget saving ideas that still boosted performance. Customer service was great and they got my computer back to me in barely 24 hours.

The agent was very patience and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about my issues. Job well done!

The Geek Squad is the best. Whenever I go there they are eager to help with any and all my problems that I have. They are fixed in a timely manner.

The Geek squad person listened to my problem and presented me with several service options. The computer was left in the store for repair and was ready when promised. The tech gave me further information as to why I was having the problem that I was having and gave me suggestions about what I might consider as my next move. I appreciate the professionalism of the staff and their no nonsense way of doing business. I am also happy with the protection plan that I have and plan on using Best Buy for all my electronic needs in the future.

Great experience — from the time I called asking about this service due to a possible bank fraud issue until I picked up my Desktop after it had been digitally cleaned, I interfaced with three different agents — each one was very helpful and spent as much time with me as I needed ( I ask a lot of questions ) they made sure all of my software that needed activation codes was functioning properly— we went through the pros and cons of Webroot security products that they indorse — also talked about cloning my HDD now that I had a completely clean computer — Macrium software wa recommend — I ended up purchasing Webroot and using the free version of Macrium — I feel like my computer is safer now than ever — if my computer is ever compromised again I can just pop in the cloned HDD and be good to go — have never had an issue with any Geek Squad interactions — two other computer issues and an in home TV repair

Once again I needed to return to the Geek Squad for a misbehaving laptop! THere is always someone there who can understand my situation and is able to take care of the issue, whatever it was, with understanding and competence.

My windows update was repaired and I found out that my three prong adapter was making my computer slow. Good service overall.

Generally satisfied with the 'Geek' who I spoke with the day i brought my wife's HP laptop in for service issues. But, I had only bought it 9-10 months earlier at that same Best Buy and feel I should have been notified that my 1 yr warranty was still active. Unfortunately, I wasn't, so i spent about $200 for the geek squad/best buy 1 YR service package when i really didn't need to.

The agents did an excellent job of repairing my computer in store

Whew just dogged a bullet I thought I would need to purchase a new laptop I was desperate for my Surface Pro 7 to be up and running as usual. However after upgrading to Windows 11 my laptop performed occasionally Took laptop to Best Buy tech and for a reasonable cost I have my precious lapto with Windows 11 running smoothly thanks to my Best Buy technician
