Had malware intrusion from an attempted scam. Geek Squad cleaned computer of malware and viruses that had infiltated, and adjusted operatio making it noticably faster. 24 hr turnaround. Very pleased.

Geek Squad deleted all those annoying & unused apps. I had tried but didn't know how. Geek Squad also found and removed "a bit of malware" from my old laptop. I am still awed by their expertise.

My computer was hacked and as soon as I checked with Best Buy and took it in to the Geek Squad, the first thing they did was check for malware downloads. One found right then. My computer's hard drive and external drive was gone over to be certain nothing else was wrong. My external hard drive was updated also. Felt good about the service I received.

The agent was quick to resolve the problem, called same day when he realized we needed a part not available from Best Buy. Clearly indicated to me exactly what to purchase. When I returned with the new part, at my request, he opened the internal workings of the laptop and pointed out what part was broken (the solder was physically broken off) and how the new part would provide an enhanced experience. Entire process with the repair portion was very quick. It would have been overnight except for the delay obtaining the part.

They can fix most issues you are too lazy to spend days googling for yourself. They thoroughly explain what the deal was afterwards. They are fast and efficent.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They cleaned up a potential ransomware attack and removed al obvious and hidden ransomware. They were able to do this without having to wipe everything!

Both agents that sold and set up our computer were knowledgeable and patient with all my qustions. They didn't rush me in any way to make a sale or to teach us how to use the computer.

The agent scanned and cleaned my tablet because my bank account was scammed fraud. Bank required the cleaning in order to reopen my online account.

took my laptop in because it was running slow. After doing a complete scan, it was found that the hard drive was running at 100%. Had them replace the hard drive and it is running like new!

Geek squad staff was fantastic; although I had to purchase the tech service package, so far worth the cost. Appreciate the detail and knowledge of Geek Squad staff and convenience to access at any best buy store.

I was extremely impressed with the Technician’s knowledge of his craft and equally as impressed with his customer service. He is an awesome representative of your company. I don’t remember his name, but he was a young African American male.

Fake online Scammers, claiming to be the Geek Squad, locked me out of my desktop. I brought the computer to my local Best Buy and the real Geek Squad not only saved all my data but preserved my original programs.

Our accounts were compromised. Best Buy Geek Squad wiped clean our 2 laptop PCs and cellphone. It took them couple of days to do so but it was worth the wait. Excellent job done!

im not sure what this is for,, but i did go in to have the browser changed and some other stuff ,, no viruses since i just got it and nowadays they are better than 2006

Computer works great now and they had it done very quickly.
