Is this vitamix used null

The Vitamix reply is not true. I just received it and it's definitely not brand new. Now I need to spend extra time to process return.

It is brand new with 10 yrs warranty

I received this blender style in white! It was shipped in a brown box but also had the original box inside the brown box and was Beautiful and New!

Why is this model not on the Vitamix website ? I only see information about this mixer from a few years ago. Is this an older model ?
