“i have a pull down tv mount that has an optional mount for a speaker bar. will i be able to mount this to the bracket? i believe the bracket holes on the mount are spaced apart for different situation. does this unit have screw holes on the back?”

• It does not have holes on the back of the unit. It does not even come with a mounting bracket like others do. It is a good enhancement to sound though. You will need a subwoofer if you want maximum theater sound.
