“I have the VIZIO SB3821-C6 38 2.1 channel system. with the factory subwoofer . i also have ordered another same exact sub woofer. i can not get the second one to pair no matter what i do. even if i unplugg the the first one any ideas? or it is not elible”

The subwoofers are paired to a sound bar at the factory and are not interchangeable.
