“I've tried all things here (not much) and nothing helps. I watched the basketball game last night and there was a slight boom boom going. I went in the bedroom and watched on normal TV sound and it wasn't there. HELP”

I haven’t seen what you tried but make sure the sub is paired with the sound bar via Bluetooth. Took me a couple of tries before I got it to work.
