Can this soundbar learn volume up and down commands from a cable remote control? I am able to teach my Klipsch sound bar commands and would like to do so for this one in my bedroom. I plan on using optical input on the soundbar. null

My Dish remote can raise the volume up and down. When shutting off the TV and Hopper the Dish remote puts the soundbar on standby. I also use the optical input on the soundbar.
To change the settings on the soundbar, you must use the Vizio remote control.
