It sounds to me that problem is with your network. Try adjusting your router/modem. If hard-wired, manually assign an Ip address instead of using the router's DHCP server's auto assign. The lag itself can be that from your ISP. Do note that, streaming uses a lot of bandwidth. Try hooking up a cd/dvd player and test to see if there's lag. If there is, then it's the tv and/or soundbar.
