After my experience get a TCL 32s327 which is also a 1080p, better audio, great pic, easy setup & has built-in ROKU. There's more & better features on this badboy. I gave the Vizo 2 weeks before I returned it. I wanted to give it every chance for satisfaction. Couldn't get past the remote & audio which was driving me loco.
