Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES!! Found out answer to my own question by phoning Bose, Vizio websites and a bit of my experience with home theater and stereo components. Using headphone out on Vizio 24”f-F1 tv with 3.5mm-3.5 stereo audio cable ((Best Buy: Insignia# 5019113 $12.99) plugs into Aux. of my Bose Solo5 sound bar ($200) works fine. Not as good as optical SPDIF and the audio from Vizio tv is wanting but MUCH better on dialogue and sound from tv.
