• A:Answer Get the free “Antenna.Point” app on your phone and it will help you figure out what’s going on. Knowledge is power! On your device Scan..... Done.....Exit. Procedure on my device If you have a successful scan..... prior to clicking done you will see the number of channels you get and a channel will play......No pic or pic in and out?.....Bad reception. Owners manual and app for more help. By the way when you use the input button the selection for TV channels is a TV channel i.e. 6-1 WRTV-HD. HOPE YOU HAVE FUN WITH IT.
