A:AnswerIt comes with the two legs shown, but they are easily removable (or just don't install them). The TV has VESA mounting holes on the back. If you had a pedestal stand with VESA mounting holes, that would probably work. I don't know of one like that but I have mine mounted on an VESA under-shelf bracket.
A:AnswerI use mine as a tv and as a monitor. I used the 2 HDMI ports, 1 for each of the sources. I can switch between tv and monitor by changing the input signals from the remote control.
A:AnswerAs long as the app is castable with Chromecast it shouldn't have a problem, but that means you will need a phone or tablet nearby that can cast.
A:AnswerWhat is connected to the other end of the co-axial cable? If it's an antenna, then you need to re-run TV setup and scan for channels. Depending on where you are, what kind of antenna you have, and where it is positioned, the number of over-the-air TV channels you can receive will vary.
In my case, I have a Mohu indoor antenna ( https://www.bestbuy.com/site/mohu-leaf-30-indoor-hdtv-antenna-black-white/3488024.p?skuId=3488024 ) positioned in a window, high up, and I get 30 channels with good quality. Depending on where you are, you may need an outdoor antenna, possibly even one which can be moved to point at transmitters.
Hop this helps.
