Yes. Any tv with hdmi inputs can be used as a monitor if your pc has hdmi as an output.

I can't speak from experience, but I'd imagine if you purchased a chord similar the products i've included below you'd have similar luck. I would suggest searching for similar adapters when they are on sale at BestBuy, on other discount tech suppliers for cheaper prices on virtually the same product. depending on your budget. This TV works great as a monitor for my MacBook pro, so with the right adapter you'd likely have a similar luck. **Note: I don't use this TV for gaming, just casual web browsing/youtube or other online video content. If you're looking for an external PC monitor with better resolution you may be better off going with an actual monitor, but as mentioned casual use it works great.
