QuestionWhat model year is this?
- Answer I had just returned a Visio 32-inch D series to another store because it was 720p. On Best Buy's site, it said that it was 1080p, so I went to Best Buy. When the salesperson brought out an identical box to what I just returned, he told me that because it was the 1080p, that it was "current year", and that the 720p I returned was "last year's model'. If you are purchasing the 1080p version, as indicated in very, very tiny words near the bottom of the front of the box, it should be "current year".

QuestionCan I get MLB.TV connection using the Vizio smart TV internet connection? I discovered you can't get in on the Samsung models.
- Answer NO There is something very wrong with Vizio. It will not reliably let you connect to the tv with casting through MLB.tv app. So frustrating. I have 2 different vizio models that both behave the same way. If you watch a ton of baseball, get a roku TV. LG sucks for this too, but at least it works with their webOS most of the time.
QuestionAm I able to take away the ‘smart’ part of the TV and just use cable instead?
- Answer If you do not want to use the smart features of the TV you can skip the network setup and just use your TV source device.
QuestionWhat apps are pre-loaded on the TV?
- Answer This TV has several apps built-in to it and we are adding other apps. As of right now we have Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Crackle, iHeart Radio, Xumo, Vudu, Youtube, NBC, and several others. With this TV you also have the ability to cast any chromecast-enabled application giving you access to thousands of different applications.
QuestionAre the "legs" adjustable? Will I be able to put this TV on a 24 inch long stand?
- Answer The distance between the outer sides of the stand legs is 24.37" and the legs cannot be adjusted to another width.
QuestionDoes this tv have a alarm clock, on/off feature?
- Answer This TV has a sleep times feature but does not have a way to set a timer to turn on.
QuestionWill the "smart" part of the TV work using a phone or tablet as it's wi-fi source (in a camper)?
- Answer As long as you are casting from a different device than what is acting as a hot spot you should be able to cast. The SmartCast App is not needed to cast. To cast just download the app you want to cast onto the device you want to cast from and tap on the "Cast" icon,
QuestionMy cable company is switching to all digital. Do I need a box for conversion or is the tv built in with a digital receiver?
- Answer You do not need a conversion box. The tv can receive a digital signal.
QuestionIs there a way to reduce the vibration sound that results from internal speakers? I've had this TV for a couple of weeks, it's mounted on the wall. For every remotely loud sound, there's an awful rattle that comes from the TV. Is it defective?
- Answer I have the same problem. But I don't have to listen to it. I bought for my mother-in-law. She's hard of hearing, we put on closed caption, but she still blasts the volume. Seems ok at a much lower volume, but I could not handle the sound of the internal speakers on a daily basis. I would hope there is a way to bypass & connect a soundbar, but for such a small screen I don't think it's worth it. I wish I had known about this problem before I bought this brand!!
QuestionDo I just talk to to the TV after it's set up? Or does the Google Assistant/ect need to be in the same room? Like in voice range? They are in separate rooms.
- Answer The Google device would need to be in voice range.
QuestionHi, does this HDTV have Netflix and Amazon Prime? Also, is there a on/off switch on the TV itself?

- Answer Hello, This TV does not have Roku. This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You could plug in a Roku device if that is what you prefer.
