What do you mean open box null

An Open Box item is one that has had the packaging opened for some reason, often to be used as a display or demonstration model.

“Open Box” simply means the original seal has been broken. For whatever reason, a customer purchased a product, opened the box, may or may not have used it/turned it on, and came to the conclusion they wanted to return it. Geek Squad checks all electronics, so it is a safe, cheaper alternative to buying the product “new”. If the product is damaged in any way, or missing components, it is always noted right on the “Open Box” sticker.
