• Your space sounds adequate. Minimum space requirements for the Vizio 32” Class LED D Series 1080p Smart HDTV: The stand is set at an angle, wider in front 25.5”, and 8” deep. I wouldn’t suggest placing it on a shelf less than 10” deep to allow for wires. The screen requires 29” width and 18.75” height.

• The dimensions with the stand 28.77" x 18.83" x 7.87" are and without the stand are 28.77" x 16.96" x 2.99".
