“How long does it take to turn on D32f-F1 Model. I saw a review that said it takes 3 minutes to turn on. Is that true? Respectfully,”

It really can take that long. Sony's firmware updates over the years have ruined the product. It worked great the first year or two we had it, and then over the years it got slower and slower as they added bloatware. At this point we basically can't use it; it takes a minimum of a few seconds to respond to any button press and yes, it can take several minutes to boot.
