What are outside dimentions null

Width is 35.5", Height is 22.0" (tv is actually 20.5 tall, but legs raise it to 22.0 total height)

The dimensions of the television are 35.51" x 22.59" x 8.36" with the stand and 35.51" x 20.40" x 2.55" without the stand.
