• This TV comes with legs so you can set it on top of a dresser or TV stand. It has the necessary holes in the back of the TV for wall mounting, but doesn't come with a wall mount. It also does come with a remote.

• Yes. It comes with a basic remote (power, channel, volume, pairing button) and a tablet for connecting to the internet and using apps like Netflix. You can also use a smartphone to download the Vizio SmartCast app and control the tv from there. It also comes with legs that attach at the base of the tv. They looked a little iffy, but we used them for a couple weeks until we had time to mount the tv and they seemed sturdy enough.
