We've had Vizio TVs and they worked just fine. The kids took them off to college or they would still be here. It was time to get a TV for the game room so I went to Best Buy and got the good deal I always expect there. The TV gave a beautiful picture from the start. No having to set anything up, it just did its thing. The size for the room is perfect, big enough for everyone to see, but not ridiculously overwhelming. I love it. I'll be needing a bigger TV for my room soon and I know where I'll go to get it.

This is the "non-smart" version of the D-Series from Vizio. I did not need the smart features so went with it at the $299 pricepoint and feel the value for the price is definitely there.

So far, so good for a new product. It will take some time to get accustomed to in this room. The purchase was a bit of a problem. I ended up with 2 TV's instead of one and I had to make a 50 mile ( one way ) drive to return it to the nearest store I also was charged $25 for a gift card that I did not order. I had to call in to get my charge card credited in addition to making the 50!mile drive to return the extra television. I know I only ordered 1 TV and NO $25 gift card and it was a pain in the rear end to get this straightened out. I am still not sure it's all taken care of.

It was a Christmas gift for my 12 year old son. The picture is great and very clear. He loves it for gaming and just relaxing with a movie!

We purchased this tv during black friday deals because of the price. We had planned to use it in our outdoor space which we had not completed at the time. We finished the space this past weekend, opened the TV and installed it only to find the TV is busted. There is a black wavy section at the top of the screen. Called both the San Marcos store and customer service and was told there was nothing that they could do....Done purchasing at Best Buy. Refuse to support a company that doesn't make things right with it's loyal customers.

Bought a display model for $200 and loving it. Picture is good and sound is decent. Just hook up a sound bar and you're set! Super light weight and never gets hot so my room stays cool during summer time. I'd recommend buying this for every room in the house.

We got this tv during Black Friday at a great price. We just needed something a little bit bigger and having already owned a streaming device we liked, we didn't need a smart tv. The picture is great and setup was super easy. Sound is pretty good too. My one complaint is that there are only 2 HDMI inputs.

We needed an additional tv for a guest room in our new house. We decided to move the 40" tv from our master to the guest room and buy a larger tv for our master. We dont watch a ton of tv in our bedroom but when we do we like to be able to easily see from the bed. We went to Best Buy to find a 48" tv at a good price. I usually buy Samsung but eveything was to expensive for what I wanted. My wife and I found this Vizio for $299 which was just the right price. My daughter and her boyfriend just bought a 60" Vizio for their apartment and love it so I did have some frame of reference regarding the product even though I never have owned a Vizio. I mounted it to the wall above our dresser and while we haven't used all that much yet the picture and sound are solid, especially for $299!

Easy to set up, and lightweight enough that I could do it myself. Very affordable for the large picture size.

This tv is everything we needed it to be. The remote is nice, the picture is nice, etc. My only complaint would be the thickness of the tv, it's a tad bulky, but nice either way.

I have used a number of different brands of TVs over the years, but this TV has made me like the Vizio brand more than any other. The picture is excellent, the sound is just as good, and there are plenty of options to customize your viewing experience.

First of all this is not a smart TV. I have cable box, PS4 and other internet streaming box to cover up the smart part of it. So, if a TV or display is all you need, then this is a great TV. Great look, light weight, HD. The only problem I have with this TV is that it only have TWO hdmi port. I need more!!! One on the back, and one on the side. I have to do a little bit unplugging and plugging when I want to switch devices.

Love this TV, an awesome upgrade to my older smaller Emerson. I had to play around with the settings a bit to get the picture where i wanted it but it is perfect now. Only con is it only had 2 hdmi ports so i had to buy an hdmi switch. Not that big of deal but even my old Emerson had more. Most people have more than 2 devices using hdmi these days so 3 or 4 would have been better. That's why the 4 stars.
