try resetting your tv to factory settings and dont change nothing on the xbox and try it again. it should work properly after that

Please try again later.Hmmm okay I just posted a review for the TV and noted the same thing sort of.... my Xbox 1 is in HDMI port one and the screen does at times go blank/black for about 5 seconds or so then comes back. It is weird, but glad to know someone else has this issue. I may switch my ports around because NONE of the other ports do that. Port 1 - Xbox 1, Port 2 - Xbox, Port 3 - PS3 and Port 4 - Cable/TV. I mostly use Ports 1 and 4. No issue with any of them but Port 1 though and the black screen. So I may switch around... never play Xbox, so maybe I'll move Xbox one to Port 2. I was trying to keep the ports simple.. Port 1 (xbox 1) Port 3 - PS3... hahaha I don't see anyone posted a fix or suggestion, but maybe you switched your ports around and all is good. Think I will give that a whirl!
